Contract payment Payments defined in a formal, written, detailed agreement.  
Contractual commitments Actions, payments specified in a formal, written agreement.
Cost-effective Services of fair and real value, as compared to the costs incurred.  
Executive A person having administrative or managerial responsibility.  
Expert A person having, involving, or displaying special skill or knowledge derived from training.  
FAA standards US Aviation procedures set up and established by the authority of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a rule for providing flight services.  
Fixed base operations (FBO) Operations of a private airfield.  
Fixed overhead Costs associated with a business, even if no transactions are occurring.  
Fixed wing Airplanes other than helicopters.  
Fleet A number of vehicles in a group.  
Flight time The time an airplane is airborne.
Fractional ownership Contractual ownership of a percentage of an airplane, where multiple entities all together own the entire craft.  
Fractional share Contractual ownership of a percentage of an airplane, where multiple entities all together own the entire craft.  
Gourmet One who enjoys with discrimination and appreciation of subtleties of food and drink.
Ground transportation Transportation by surface transport, cars, taxis, limos, etc. usually from/to an airport.  
Heavy jets Jets capable of flying across the Continent or the Atlantic, with a cabin crew.  
Contractual commitments Actions, payments specified in a formal, written agreement.
Helicopter Aircraft with rotating blades and no fixed wing.  
Jet Aircraft Aircraft moving as a result of high air-pressure emanating from the exhaust of the engine as a result of a high temperature burn of the fuel inside.  
Jet fuel Fuel used for burning inside the jet engine to produce the high pressure exhaust.  
Lease A contract for use of an airplane for a specified term and at a specified cost.  
Light jets A smaller jets capable of flying a few hundred miles, with no cabin crew.  
Luxury A condition of abundance or great ease and comfort or a sumptuous environment.  
Maintenance record Detailed and dated notes specifying the exact inspection and repair activities for a specific aircraft.  
Management fees Fees paid to the organization taking care of an airplane or fleet of airplanes.  
Medium jets Jets capable of traveling for a few thousand miles, usually with no cabin crew.  
Membership fees Fees paid to an organization in order to belong to it.
Network A number of alike entities, having a connection or relationship among themselves.  
Onboard Inside the airplane.  
Part 135 carriers Airplane operators functioning under the US FAA Part 135 rules, specifying rules of operations relating to safety, security and maintenance standards.
